Shang Fushan pointed out that renewable nonferrous metals industry is an important part of China's nonferrous metal industry. In 2019, the output of ten major non-ferrous metals in China will reach 58.66 million tons, with a year-on-year increase of 2.2%; the output of four major varieties of recycled copper, aluminum, lead and zinc will reach 14.37 million tons, with a year-on-year increase of 1.9%. Compared with primary metals, China's renewable nonferrous metals industry will save at least 16.41 million tons of standard coal, 1.98 billion cubic meters of water, 1.72 billion tons of solid waste emissions and 521 million tons of sulfur dioxide emissions in 2019, which has made great contributions to the resource conservation, environmental protection and energy conservation and emission reduction of the non-ferrous industry. In the new historical development period, the non-ferrous metal industry will play an increasingly important role. Zhao Yongshan introduced that the standards of "recycled brass raw materials", "recycled copper raw materials" and "recycled cast aluminum alloy raw materials" drafted by the national non-ferrous metal Standardization Technical Committee organized by the General Administration of market supervision (Standardization Committee) were approved and issued by the State Standardization Management Committee of State Administration of market supervision and administration on December 31, 2019 with the approval of China national standard Announcement No. 19 of 2019, and will be released in 2020 It was formally implemented on July 1, 1997.
