According to the Resolution No. 7 of the Department of internal market protection of the Eurasian Economic Commission on June 26, 2020, the anti-dumping investigation on the heating aluminum cooking utensils (Russian: алюиниееваносна) was initiated according to the Resolution No. 7 of the internal market protection department of the Eurasian Economic Commission on June 26, 2020. The tax codes of the products involved were 7615101000, 7615108009, 7616991008 and 7616999008.
The interested parties shall register to respond to the lawsuit within 25 days after the publication of the filing notice, submit the hearing application within 45 days, and submit the comments and evidence materials of the case in writing within 60 days.
